Control panels in the elevator are the brain. Hence, our top priority is to provide the customer with an advanced model of control technology in terms of performance quality and few failures by adopting advanced programmable microprocessor cards that detects failures in the elevator and fully overcomes them, giving us the opportunity to enter the market strongly and be No. 1 in terms of technology and parts quality, besides full technical support by specialized engineers.

Alfa Lifts has paid great attention to safety and developed it in a way that suits the needs of customers. As the technology progresses and enters into all aspects of life, Alfa Lifts has developed a device placed in the control panel and linked to a data chip that sends a text message and e-mail to our maintenance and technical support center in the event of any fault or lock the user inside the elevator, Allah forbid, and thus technicians will visit the elevator urgently to repair the fault or emergently unlock it.
